I. INTRODUCTION

Jeffrey K. appeals an adjudication by the separate juvenile court of Douglas County finding the allegations in the State’s petition to be trae. The court found that Jeffrey had committed the criminal offense of stalking as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-311.03 (Cum. Supp. 2004). Jeffrey asserts on appeal that § 28-311.03 is unconstitutional, that application of § 28-311.03 on the facts of the present case is an unconstitutional infringement of Jeffrey’s free speech rights, and that there was insufficient evidence to support the court’s adjudication.
