NATURE OF CASE
In this delinquency proceeding brought under the Nebraska Juvenile Code, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 43-245 to 43-2,129 (Reissue 2004), the separate juvenile court of Douglas County found that Jeffrey K. had committed the criminal misdemeanor offense of stalking as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 28-311.02(2)(a) and 28-311.03 (Cum. Supp. 2004) and adjudicated Jeffrey under § 43-247(1). Jeffrey appealed the adjudication order.
