STOKES, Justice.

This case originated in the court of a justice of the peace and was an action for conversion of an automobile. Plaintiffs in error, not being satisfied with the judgment rendered against them in the justice court, appealed the case to the county court where it was tried de novo without the intervention of a jury, and from an adverse judgment in the sum of $150 in that court, they have prosecuted a writ of error to this court.
