This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Request for a De Novo Hearing after denial of their naturalization applications. The Court has read and considered the parties’ trial briefs, as well as the supplemental briefing ordered by the Court. The Court deems these matters appropriate for decision without oral argument.
