This action was commenced in.the Second judicial district court of the State of Nevada, in and for the county of Washoe, by Ruth E. Murphy, plaintiff, against Lawrence E. Murphy, defendant, on the 31st day of August 1946, by the filing of a verified Complaint, in which the plaintiff alleged, as the ground for a divorce, extreme cruelty, and that there were two minor children, John Lawrence Murphy, aged 8 years, and Elizabeth Leontine Murphy, aged 12 years, issue of the marriage.
