Common law action by the appellee against the appellant W. E. Belcher Lumber Company, Inc., W. E. Belcher, SlossSheffield Steel & Iron Company, W. R. Waid and C. C. Headley for damages for the alleged tortious acts of defendants in entering upon “the south half and the NE- % of the SW-%, Section 34, Township 4, Range 10 East, situated in DeKalb County, Alabama,” mining iron ore and converting the same to their uses.
