LAWSON, Justice.

R. B. Zell brought this suit in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County against Clidie Payne Lewis. Zell’s amended complaint contained two counts. Count One was based on negligence and Count Two charged wantonness. In both counts the plaintiff sought to recover for expenses incurred by him in the treatment of injuries sustained by his minor daughter, Margaret Katherine Zell, which resulted from a collision of plaintiff’s automobile, which was being driven by Margaret, and an automobile driven by the defendant.
