INTRODUCTION

Before the Court is Plaintiff Rebecca Shumye’s (“Plaintiff’) Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 90, hereafter “Pit’s Motion”) and Defendant Samuel D. Felleke’s (“Defendant”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 105, hereafter “Def.’s Motion”).
