DOWD, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a decision of the Circuit Court reversing the findings and conclusions of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (herein Commission) that respondent-claimant is ineligible for unemployment benefits for the period of May 16,1976 through August 21,1976. The Commission appeals.

The record reveals that the respondent-claimant filed a claim for special unemployment assistance on May 16, 1976 claiming benefits for several weeks thereafter. The benefits were denied on the the grounds that claimant was not available for work in that she had submitted…
