Their initial complaint alleged two counts of fraud related to their mortgage and promissory note; two counts of refusal to cease debt collecting activities in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”); one count of conducting an illegal foreclosure sale auction; and one count of wrongful foreclosure.
