Jane G. Fitts sued her former employer and the insurance company that administers claims under the employer’s long-term disability plan, alleging that they violated the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) by terminating her disability benefits after 24 months. The district court dismissed Fitts’ ADA counts and granted summary judgment against her on the ERISA count.
