Ninety-eight citizens of Fannin county filed their petition to the superior court for mandamus, and the court granted an order nisi thereon, calling upon the registrars of the county to ■show cause why the mandamus nisi should not be made absolute. The petition was filed in July, 1912, and, at the hearing on October 21st, the defendants filed a demurrer upon the grounds set ■out therein; and upon considering the demurrer, the trial judge sustained the same and dismissed the petition.
