This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs and against appellant, West Shore Company, a corporation, entered upon the verdict of a jury. The action was one to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff Marie Moise (hereinafter referred to as plaintiff or “respondent”) when she fell in defendant’s store at Fair-fax Avenue and San Vicente Boulevard in Los Angeles.
