MEMORANDUM OPINION
CHASANOW, District Judge.
This is an appeal from an Order of the bankruptcy court granting partial summary judgment in favor of Associates Commercial Corporation and against Fernando Nestorio (“Debtor”) and, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6), excepting from discharge a judgment obtained by Associates against Debtor in the United States District Court for the District of Mary land. For the reasons set forth below, the court shall AFFIRM the Order of the bankruptcy court. 1
