J. T. Welsh filed a bill in the chancery court of Madison county, alleging that in March, 1916, the complainant was the owner of the east half of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter; section 35, township 10, range 5 east, and also the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 2, township 9, range 5; that on the 13th day of March, 1916, he and his wife executed a deed of trust for five hundred and sixty-two dollars and thirty-six cents for the benefit of the appellant Hesdorffer.
