Raymon Ortega appeals an order denying a motion to withdraw a plea of guilty in a criminal case in which imposition of sentence was suspended and probation was granted. Appellant was discharged from probation pri- or to when he filed the motion to withdraw his plea of guilty. This court holds that because appellant was discharged from probation before he filed the motion to withdraw his plea of guilty, the trial court lacked authority to consider the motion.
