Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed June 24, 2013, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because her employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Substantial evidence supports the decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board which ruled that claimant lost her employment as a security officer due to disqualifying misconduct. The record establishes that claimant refused to patrol the six floors at the site where she was assigned because there was no elevator and she did not want to walk up the stairs.…
