11Appellant Brian Elam Sims appeals the order entered by the Pulaski County Circuit Court denying his petition for postcon-viction relief pursuant to Rule 37.1 of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure. For reversal, Sims contends that the circuit court erred in rejecting his seven claims of ineffective assistance of counsel and by denying his petition without a hearing. We affirm on all issues.
