BURNETT, Judge.

Ausencio Garza stands convicted by a jury of delivering a controlled substance (heroin). He is serving a fixed sentence of ten years. On appeal he contends (1) that he was improperly bound over to the district court for trial; (2) that his right to compulsory process for obtaining witnesses was violated; (3) that a motion in limine, seeking to prevent impeachment by evidence of a prior felony if he testified, was erroneously denied; (4) that expert testimony identifying the controlled substance should have been excluded; and (5) that the sentence was unduly harsh.
