Defendant-appellant Sanford Pollack (“Pollack”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Seybert, J.), convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of one count of conspiracy to embezzle union funds in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1994), and sentencing him principally to 12 months’ imprisonment. On appeal Pollack challenges the district court’s ruling that the government did not breach its cooperation agreement with him.
