Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (West, J.), rendered November 13, 1985, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), and burglary in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant claims that because he was acquitted of sodomy in the first degree, the verdict was repugnant warranting reversal of the judgment of conviction. We disagree.
