Harnischfeger Sales Corp. v. Ramey

This cause was tried in the court below oii an agreed statement of facts, from which we copy the following controlling recitals.

On January 24, 3929, Alex Ramey made a contract with the Harnischfeger Sales Corporation, hereinafter referred to as appellant, wherein he agreed to purchase one Model 600 P. & H. M. A. N. Diesel Dragline Machine with Boom, 1,500 Watt Ivohler Light Unit, and Dragline Bucket complete with teeth, for a price of $18,812.
