These two actions of tort by the same plaintiff against different defendants come here, after verdicts for the plaintiff, on a separate bill of exceptions by the defendant in each case. The two bills do not set forth *194exactly the same evidence, but it was agreed at the argument before us that both bills might be considered in each case.
