This matter comes before the Court oh the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Doc, 26) and supporting brief (Doc. 27). The Northern Arapaho Tribe filed an opposition to the motion (Doc. 38), and Defendant’ replied (Doc. 39). Having considered the parties’ briefs, the record herein, and being otherwise fully advised, the Court finds and concludes the motion should be granted.
