A petition for a rehearing has been filed herein. Counsel takes up, seriatim, numerous statements contained in our original opinion, and earnestly attempts to show that many of them, and most of our conclusions, are “illogical, illegal and unsound.” Notwithstanding the eloquent arguments of counsel, we are unable to see how, under the substantially undisputed testimony on the vital points herein, plaintiffs can recover.
