This is a libel action. The plaintiffs and appellants are Charles M. Anderson and Gibson Products Company of Alamogordo, Inc., a New Mexico corporation. The defendant and appellee is Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. Anderson is President and Chief Executive Officer of the plaintiff corporation.
