In a dispute concerning the custody of a girl, 10 years old at the time of the hearing in the Family Court, between the girl’s father and her mother’s sister, with whom the girl and her younger brother had been living since the tragic death of the girl’s mother, the father appeals from an order of the Family Court which concluded that the child’s "best interests at this time would be served by her remaining in the care and custody of her maternal aunt, Cheryl Ashby, that there shall be allowed liberal visitation between the father and child, and that both petitioner and…
