Plaintiff-appellant 4 Third Avenue Leasehold, LLC appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Heller-stein, J.), entered December 28, 2002, dismissing plaintiffs cause of action seeking additional rent for enhanced security measures, and a judgment entered April 7, 2003, and granting summary judgment in favor of defendants on plaintiffs remaining causes of action.
