OPINION

GREENWOOD, Judge:

Plaintiff, Tony Vina, appeals the trial court’s judgment of no cause of action entered in his lawsuit against Jefferson Insurance Company of New York (Jefferson) and Transwestem General Agency (Tran-swestem). Vina claims Transwestern improperly cancelled his insurance policy without his knowledge or consent and should pay his insurance claim for the losses he sustained after cancellation of the policy.
