PERRY, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed this suit for declaratory judgment pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 2201. Plaintiff is a Connecticut corporation. Defendant, Vischer Products Company, is a Delaware corporation. Defendants, Flex-Seal Corporation, and the Northern Trust Company, are Illinois corporations. All individual defendants are Illinois residents and citizens, with the exception of Gertrude V.
