Defendant was convicted of aggravated burglary and sentenced to thirteen years at hard labor. After the State filed a multiple bill, the defendant was adjudicated a third felony offender. The original sentence was vacated and the defendant was re-sentenced as a habitual offender to 20 years. On appeal, the appellant by counsel alleges the State failed to provide sufficient evidence to support the appellant’s conviction and the trial court erred in finding the appellant is a third felony offender.
