Bill in equity to re open a settlement of partnership business on dissolution of the firm, and specially to surcharge certain items.

There was decree for complainant, and respondent appeals.

Briefly, the case charged in the bill is this:

For several years prior to May 1, 1929, complainant, George T. Rosson, and respondent, Walter K. Smith, certified public accountants, were engaged in a general auditing and income tax business under the firm name of Rosson & -Smith. They were equal partners.
