This is an appeal from a decree entered by tbe court below ordering tbe executors of tbe will of Mary E. Foster, deceased, to pay forthwith to tbe Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological- Hospital out of tbe general assets of the estate of the testatrix the sum of $4500 as compensation for professional services rendered by its counsel in connection with certain litigation that had arisen between the executors and the hospital concerning a bequest of $50,000, and in like manner to pay the additional sum of $381.57 as reimbursement for other expenditures made by…
