MAC Corporation of America (MAC) appeals from denial of a motion for a show cause order and contempt judgment. Because the district court did not abuse its discretion, we affirm.

MAC is successor in interest to Saturn Manufacturing, Inc. (Saturn), owner of United States Patent 4,034,918 (the ’918 patent). The ’918 patent is directed to an industrial shear-type shredder for pulverizing metal scrap, tires, and general refuse.
