CALVERT, Chief Justice.
Petitioners, as plaintiffs, sought by suit in the county court of Sherman County to establish that they were the heirs at law of R. F. Frei, deceased, and that as such they were the owners of certain real and personal property constituting his estate. The county court denied the relief sought. Appeal was perfected to the district court.
