Mrs. Beulah Guy and her husband brought this suit in the district court of Hopkins County to recover an undivided one-half interest in 33 tracts of land and for conversion of personal property against the executors and legatees named in the last will of Mrs. Susan Belle Pierce, deceased, who was the wife of J. K. Pierce, deceased. Her cause of action was in the nature of a statutory form of trespass to try title to land and for conversion of personal property.
