*126This appeal arises from a final order entered January 9, 1976 confirming a jury verdict awarding Mary Ann Horne, Administratrix of the Estate of Robert Ricky Lovett, Deceased (plaintiff), $30,711.75 in damages. The order was entered upon a motion for judgment for wrongful death filed against S & C Company, t/a The Palms Apartments at Malibu, a Virginia General Partnership, whose partners are Marvin Simon and Herbert Cashvan (defendant).
