Defendant Frank Richardson appeals from the December 4, 2013 judgments of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of.Michigan sentencing him to 1,494 months of incarceration for committing five counts of.armed robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951(a), five counts of using a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g) and 924(a)(2).
