This is an appeal by The George Washington Foundation, a corporation, guardian of the persons of Hester M. Robinson, Juanita M. Robinson, and Myrtle M. Robinson, minors, from an order of. the superior court for King county, sustaining the demurrer of Robert S. Terhune, guardian of the estates of the above-named minors, to the amended petition of the above corporation, which petition prayed for the removal of Mr. Terhune as such guardian.
