PRISCILLA R. OWEN, Circuit Judge:
After plaintiff Malcolm Kelso rested his case, opposing counsel moved for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50. The district court granted the motion. Kelso requests that we reverse and remand, contending that the motion did not "specify ... the law and facts that entitle[d] the movant to the judgment." We affirm the district court's judgment.
