GROOMS, District Judge.
This action, filed by a tobacco wholesaler against a manufacturer of razors, razor blades and shaving cream 1 seeks to recover treble damages and an injunction 2 for alleged violations by the Defendant of various sections 3 of the federal antitrust laws .commonly referred to as the Sherman, Clayton and RobinsonPatman Acts. The Plaintiff, by separate action, filed in this Court at the same time as this one, against the same Defendant also sought damages for breach of an alleged requirements agreement.
