Currently pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ [92] Motion for Class Certification, as well as a number of motions to strike stemming from that Motion, which were filed by Defendants—Warner Chilcott Holdings Company III, Ltd., Warner Chilcott Corporation, Warner Chilcott (US) Inc., Warner Chilcott Company, Inc., Galen (Chemicals), Ltd.
