The appeal is on questions of law. Fifteen errors are assigned. No. 1 is directed to the overruling of motions of the defendants to strike certain matter from the reply of the plaintiff. Nos. 2 and 3, error in overruling motions of defendants to direct a verdict in their behalf at the conclusion of plaintiff’s evidence and at the conclusion of all the evidence.
