This is an action arising out of the alleged violations by defendants of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, 15 U.S.C.A. § 77a et seq., and the Securities' Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, 15 U.S.C.A. § 78a et seq., in connection with the sale of securities to plaintiffs. The defendants, Jean Ernest Savard, Adjutor Savard and Raoul N. Trudeau, individually and as co-partners of Savard & Hart, have by leave of the court served upon Stanley Younger, their salesman and customer’s man, a third party complaint alleging in substance that if the purported…
