MV Transportation (Employer) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ). The WCJ’s decision contained several components, including the grant of disability benefits to Karen Harrington (Claimant) and a refusal to suspend her benefits.
