¶1 Cascade Auto Glass, Inc., contracted with Progressive Casualty Insurance Company to repair and replace windshield glass for Progressive’s policyholders according to a schedule of prices. A year later, Progressive’s third-party claims administrator, Safelite Auto Glass, wrote Cascade with new pricing terms, explaining that the new prices superseded all prior agreements.
