I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the court on four dispositive motions and two discovery motions. Plaintiffs The Institute of Cetacean Research (“the Institute”), Kyodo Sen-paku Kaisha, Ltd., and Tomoyuki Ogawa (collectively, “Plaintiffs”)1 move to dismiss all six of Defendants Sea Shepherd Conservation Society (“SSCS”) and Paul Watson’s (collectively, “Defendants”) counterclaims.
