OPINION AND ORDER
BESOSA, District Judge.
On October 2, 2006, Ms. Socorro Rivera-Rosa filed a complaint in the Commonwealth courts against Citibank, N.A., alleging that she was terminated from her employment without just cause in violation of Puerto Rico Law 80, P.R. Laws Ann. tit. 29 §§ 185a-185m. She also alleged that the investigation that led to her termination violated her constitutional rights secured by the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. P.R. Const., Art. II, §§ 1, 8. On December 8, 2006, Citibank removed the case to this Court alleging diversity jurisdiction. 28 U.S.C.…
