DECISION AND ORDER

REYNOLDS, Chief Judge.

This is an action for damages and injunctive relief arising out of the termination of contracts entered into between the plaintiffs and the defendant. The matter is before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment, which motion will be granted for the reasons hereafter stated.

The plaintiffs in this action, Gerald W. Guyer, Harry Dowodzenka, and Lauren Karnes, are former operators and lessees of Cities Service Oil Company gasoline service stations located in Milwaukee. Each of them held his lease under a year-to-year automatically renewable…
