Appellant, CVN Group, Inc. (“CVN”), brought an action seeking confirmation of an arbitration award, in which CVN was awarded damages and declared to have a valid mechanic’s and materialman’s lien on real property owned by Enrique and Marjorie Delgado. The trial court reduced the damages award and declared the lien invalid. On appeal, CVN challenges the trial court’s authority to modify the arbitrator’s damage award and vacate the granting of the hen.
